Its not that kind of pully u neend a stretch belt tool and I need to know what I use to turn the pully so the belt will go over while I tune the pullyAre u there

HI, I am NOT referring to that pulley. The belt goes around that pulley and the crankshaft pulley. Use a 19mm socket for the crankshaft pulley. You put the belt around crankshaft pulley, start the belt on the other pulley with the tool in place and turn the crankshaft pulley. That will rotate the belt onto the other pulley I have replaced somewhere around 60 of these

Its not a bolt it looks like as if ur gonna put the wrench in it wit out a socket

My apologies, thought you had the 3.5 Ok, for this belt, what I do is use a pry bar thru the holes in pulley and turn the pulley that way. see attached
