Hello. You engine should be equipped with a viscous fan for the cooling system. It uses heat from the radiator to engage the fan so that it spins with the engine, which pulls air through the radiator. Typically this fan clutch fails and causes this. There is no easy way to diagnose this, but if it is not spinning it needs to be replaced. You should get the assistance of a certified mechanic, like one from YourMechanic, that can diagnose this.
