Q: Fan assembly is not working

When i insert cupler of fan assembly in water pump thermostat fan stops and when i take it out fan starts One pipe from radiator is cool and other is hot Engine is also getting over heated and inside car it is showing low coolant level but in the bottle coolant is filled till top of it

My car has 10000 miles.
