I help many customers, so sometimes my replies are delayed, I will respond once available. I try to be online at 1-5 pm and 10 pm-5 am every day. While using heat up front and while the engine is at operating temp. Carefully grab the in/out heater core hoses at the engine side of the firewall. If both are over 160 degrees F then your concern is the blend door or blend door actuator faulty. If the hoses are cooler then the concern is the heater core clogged.
