Sounds like a seized brake or emergency brake shoe or a differential failure ..I would start by checking the driver rear brake assembly.

OkOk so I think I already mentioned this what if it when it goes in to neutral it goes into gear and when it's in park it's in park but it will not go in reverse and is stuck in third gear wouldn't that mean it was your transmission and nothing to do with your [brakes](/topics-brakes/) or failure or emergency brake shoe
