it is in park. And we tried changing the brake fuse also

No the engine will not turn off. My truck is stuck on running

No. So I put it in N and turn off my keyI just tried it. The key won't turn still

Can you locate the fuel pump fuse in the underhood fuse block and remove it? This will at least shut off the engine. Look for the PCM B fuse 20amp. This controls the fuel pump relay.

Ok. And after I do that to turn off the truck I'll have to have a mechanic come and fix it

After the truck shuts down, I would reinstall the fuse and try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes and then try turning the key. It may unlock for you.

I would repeat what you did to shut the truck off. It sounds like the ignition switch has failed internally and will need replacing.

Ok so we will pull the fuse and battery again and try to get a mechanic to look at it tomorrow then, right?
