There is most likely a problem with the throttle body but of course it would need to be tested to verify that is the problem. It should be but it depends on what is actually wrong. They would have to do a diagnostic on it. If it is the throttle body then it should be covered.

Thank you! It shifts fine. Just when I go from a complete stop, press my foot on the pedal to go, it revs to about 2000 RPMs, the next shift it's 3000 and if I put my foot down hard on the pedal it goes up past 4000 rpms and then its fine,

You're very welcome. This vehicle does learn your driving habits so it can change shifts from time to time. If you accelerate hard it will have higher RPM's before it shifts.
