Good Afternoon, my name is \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* ill be helping you, so sorry to hear about the issues here on the Honda, i know how worrying it can be to deal with multiple warning lights at the same time. In your model, Honda designed the VTM and VSA lights to come on if the computer detects an engine related issue. So in your case you have 1 problem causing all 3 lights. Most likely emissions related and if the engine runs like normal itll be an electrical issue and not an actual engine issue. Your first step would be to have the codes pulled, written down and cleared. Sometimes these codes can be cleared and they will not come back, but if the lights come back right away or after driving then we know theres an issue that would need to be addressed.

Is it safe to drive the car for the next 2 hours as engine sounds OK? We are travling home this moment. Thank you for your help.

if the engine sounds fine and responds fine to throttle inputs, yes it is. As long as the check engine light does not blink or we have issues with engine noises or poor power then the vehicle is fine to drive.

There are no such indications for now. Thank you so much for quick help.

Check Engine light comes on when cars RPMS go over 4000 error code P0344
Hi there. This code is for a bad camshaft sensor (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/camshaft-position-sensor-replacement). It can be caused by a bad sensor or it can come from another issue. I usually check the sensor first and then I check the timing belt (https://www.yourmechanic.com/services/timing-belt-replacement)....
