Q: car stopped blowing out heat and ac

asked by on January 23, 2017

Hi, my car heater and ac are both blowing barely from the vents. It was making a weird sound and then stopped blowing air. You can feel a tiny bit coming out, but, only if you put you hand to the vent. What could this be?

My car has 17100 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.
