Looking at the information you have provided it is quite normal for the engine RPM to go up a few 100 RPM when you put the AC system on as the electronic control module sets the RPM to a higher amount as the engine is under a bigger load with the AC system on this prevents the engine RPM dropping to a low amount and could mean it would be easy to stall the engine when taking off. If there was a major fault it would bring on a warning light on your dah.

my engineer is surging up and down nearly to turn off

Any warning lights on the dash ? Does the AC system work and get cold ? any noises form the fan belt or ASC compressor clutch assembly as it could be a faulty AC compressor clutch issue. If none of the above resolve the issue I would advise to get a diagnostic check to see if any stored trouble codes in the control module.

ac does work but once i increasethe speed it hapens some time hapens in low speedalso no warning light in dash

I would look at the compressor clutch assembly and the pressure sensor which is locate in the high pressure pipe.

The compressor clutch assembly is on the end of the AC compressor by the fanbelt pully and the pressure sensor is on the high pressure line from the condensor to the evaperator.
