Q: Car not starting even though lights work

asked by on

My car won't start. Everything works fine, but it won't turn over.

Hi. I would have the battery load tested. Sometimes, when the battery starts to die it will not have enough cranking amps to turn the motor over. This means that your vehicle will not turn on even though your accessories are working properly. I would recommend having a technician come out and perform a load test on the battery and replace the battery to make your vehicle start again.
