Q: Brake light not working

asked by on

The brake light won't turn on when I brake on the passenger's side.

Hi. In the event of a single bulb having the problem, it is likely the bulb has blown out. A failed bulb is common although some corrosion can build up between the electrical terminals and cause problems as well. Have an experienced technician inspect the electric components for that individual bulb and replace the bulb with some electrical grease to prevent corrosion.
