Q: Bounces up and down over little bumps

asked by on December 17, 2016

When i drive over bumpy roads it bounces and i hear a squeaky sound.

My car has 180247 miles.
My car has an automatic transmission.

Excessive bouncing is caused by worn out or leaking shocks and struts. Go to each corner of the vehicle and push down and let go of the car. It will bounce more than once then that shock or strut is bad.
