Hi. I'm Daniel and assisting you today on your inquiry. I'm sorry to hear about the issue you have with your X5. Did the oil level or oil pressure warning come up? What happens now if you try to start it? Is the starter engaging and cranking the engine over or is nothing happening at all?

The car is not still starting

Thanks for getting back. Please try to answer my questions so that i get a better idea. Also did you check the oil level and inspect for any visible leaks?

The car can't start up till now

What exact question do you have and how can I assist you as best as possible?

Hi. Following up on our conversation. Without the information requested I can only give you a general answer at this point. Please have the engine oil level checked and inspect the engine& engine bay for a visible leak. From you description it is possible that the "oil pressure" warning came on. Unfortunately in this scenario it is possible that we have a "mechanical " engine failure due to the loss of oil pressure that needs to be diagnosed properly. If you need a capable shop to take a look at it, check out www.bimmershops.com. I'm sorry that you have to deal with this, I know it can be frustrating. Let me know how it goes and if I can provide anything else at this point.
