Hello Phills. Nice to hear from you today! I'm sorry to hear you are having this problem. I know this can be frustrating. Was anything done to your vehicle recently that may have caused this issue?

No not the moment I'm back over to where the car is soon. I disconnected the battery last night, IL reconnect it wen I get back to it. Hopefully it's fixed itself over night laughs.

No was driving fine when I parked up, went back to car a couple hours later \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*ght was on for the start/stop button pressed brake to start it light turned green then nothing at all after that not even a crank overSince then have tried, disconnecting battery then reconnecting \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\*ght comes on s/s button struggles to go green, after that green light stays on without pressing brake so I disconnected battery again

Thank you for letting me know!Hold on for one minute as I type out some information for you. I’ll post back here shortly!Thank you for holding! The issue that you have described can be caused by an internal fault with the vehicle battery itself to where it isn’t sending enough voltage to allow the engine to start and run. This issue can also be caused by a faulty brake switch or a faulty starter.I recommend obtaining a jump start to see if it starts and runs then at all. If it does then the battery needs to be tested to see if it has to be replaced. If it does not then you will need to have a compatible scan tool plugged into your vehicles data port to retrieve the fault codes so the codes can be diagnosed to pinpoint and repair this issue. A shop will usually charge around $100 to read the codes and diagnose the issue for you if needed. The cost to repair the fault all depends on what is found to be at shot needing to be repaired or replaced.

Cheers \*\*\*\*\* \*\*\*\*\* a jump, IL let you know how I go cheers

How Does the Power Mirror Switch Work?
A conventional power mirror switch (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/how-does-the-side-mirror-control-switch-work) is essentially two rocker switches built into a single housing. Each rocker switch is connected to two wires that are connected to a reversible DC (direct current) motor inside the rear view mirror on...
Engine shaking when idling

Can't find a parasitic drain?
Yes, your amp could be staying on. Feel it and see if it's warm. Disconnect it to confirm. Using a low amp probe (amp clamp) around the battery cable is the easiest, most repeatable method to measure battery drain. Measure...
Intermittently doesn't start
Hi there. There could be several reasons for your vehicle's intermittent no start issue. From the description you have given, I would not think the ECU (electronic control unit) is your vehicle's problem. Assuming the ECU is not recognizing the...
Too Much ATF?
Hello. The shop you took the car too is absolutely correct. Your transmission is like your brain, if anything goes into it that may be foreign will fail. Your engine is like your body. You can add things to it...
Why is newly replaced brake booster making a whistling noise and brake pedal staying depressed?
Hello, it sounds like you have a bad run with parts. That booster is leaking internally. It has nothing to do with installation. You need to get another booster, may be a different brand. Make sure your vacuum hose...
Check Engine Light stays on with P0101 code. Has been reset several times in the last 1 1/2 years.
The P0101 code (https://www.yourmechanic.com/article/-p0101-obd-ii-trouble-code-mass-airflow-maf-circuit-operating-range-or-performance-problem-by-john-nelson) may be related to many other things aside from the mass air flow sensor such as: intake air leaks, dirty mass air filter, an open or shorted MAF sensor harness, or a poor connection involved with...

You may have a dirty or failing idle air control valve. The idle air control valve reads the air intake as it is mixed with fuel prior to being injected into the engine at low speeds and at idle. Since...
belt broke serpentine
If your car has a substantial amount of mileage, it's not unusual for a serpentine belt to break and to need a new tensioner (the bearing on the tensioner wears out). If the harmonic balancer/crankshaft pulley is out of position...
