VE has many reasons for a no start condition. Did you connect the battery backwards first up? Do the headlights work? Gary

No I put it in the right way

It doesn’t turn on the dash doesn’t turn on at allThe only light that’s on is the anti theft lock

Sounds like the main fuse is blown. That normally happens from incorrect connection while attempting to jump start in the engine bay. Gary

Do you have a Holden dealer nearby? I would also be checking the positive battery lead passthrough at the LH firewall for loose connection. Gary

They aren’t anymore Holden dealers here in canberra so I’m not sure what to do now
