The clutches themselves may be replaced here is a TSB from Audi

majority of repair shops wants to diagnose it to check what is really the the problem - The car drives just fine with no problemsshould i be worried ? or i should try ot fix it as soon as possible ?

ok thats good news let the dealer reprogram it these codesd can be fixed sometimes with a software update, they may do it for free sometimes

Dealer wants to charge me $160 just to diagnose the issue - Do you suggest maybe just checking in with an aauto repair shop?also do you suggest yourmechanic.com for them to diagnose the issue its alot cheaper

no unfortunately most shops using a aftermarket tool will not be able to do the coding (see below) you can ask if there tool is capable of "transmission coding" if not a trip to the dealer is inevitable 1. Follow the guidelines in TSB# \*\*\*\*\* 15 01 to determine if the multiple clutch and cover need to be replaced in the transmission. 2. Check the condition and fluid level of the transmission. 3. Verify the power and ground supply into the Transmission Control Module (TCM). Check the circuits in a loaded state to ensure no voltage drops are present. 4. Perform the Basic Settings on the DSG transmission. 5. If the fault code continues to set and steps 2-4 didn't lead to a resolution, an internal issue with the transmission is indicated.

is the car drivable for a while or it will be hurting ? the vehicle drives just fine

Go ahead and do a battery disconnect or if your tool will clear the code (and do a battery disconnect) and with disconnected press the horn (this removes trace voltage) if it does ok and the CEL does not come back on you may be ok if the TSB applies (the document i sent ) labor is 10.2 hours (times the shop rate) plus parts so hopefully its a glitch and not mechanical.
