Q: AC is not working

asked by on

The AC in my car is not working.

There are many components involved in the air conditioning and this makes a potential for many failure points. If the air is blowing warm, the compressor clutch may not be engaging and a blown fuse can cause this. A low system charge will stop A/C function and a low charge is usually due to a leaking component or seal. Have the air conditioning system inspected by a qualified technician, such as one from YourMechanic, who can diagnose why your AC is not working.
