Q: Why does my oil light comes on when i break. My oil level is full.

asked by on January 31, 2018

Why does my oil light come on when I break? I just checked my oil level and it is full and clean.

My car has 120000 miles.
My car has a manual transmission.

It is possible that you can have some sort of electrical short between your brake lights and your oil pressure sensor. I would recommend having your electrical system inspected by a qualified professional to determine the exact cause of this issue.
