I have a 2004 Buick Regal LS. When I turn the AC switch on, no air comes out. I remove the HVAC (10) fuse on the side of the dashboard and warm air begins to come out. When I plug the fuse back in, the AC light on the control switch lights on, and ice cold air comes out. I did notice, when I plug the fuse back in, the compressor clicks about 4-5 times before the air gets cold. I've replaced the blower motor, resistor & control switch. The air only works at the highest setting (at 5 speed) I have no idea on what to do next. Please help. Thank you.
