my experience with Robert can best be described as punctual, professional, skillful, competent and couterous. i would gladly recommend his services to others.
He had gotten there early and was waiting when I drove up. Robert was incredible. He answered all my questions and knew exactly what he was doing. However at one point, he asked me where the part was and I said you were supposed to bring it. He looked at his phone and realized he looked at the wrong work order, so he had to run and get it. He said 20 minutes, forgot about traffic and took an hour. If he hadnt been such a nice person, I would have been angry. Those things happen. He fixed it perfectly and as soon as I turned the key the car started.

I would recommend Kyle highly. He reached on time for the 7 AM appointment. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He went over and beyond to get parts from Auto Zone when the brake pads did not match the ones that I had. Answered all my queries and gave great advice on car maintenance and service. One of the best mechanics I have worked with. Will definitely call him again.
