I want to convey the fact that ROBERT Kramer is an awesome mechanic!!!! ROBERT Kramer is definite the mechanic you need. He was very professional, friendly, detailed and knowledgable about my 2001 Mazda 626. Robert answered all my questions and he explained everything to me. If I need more work done on my car, I will call upon Robert. I highly recommend him to everyone!!!! Just try him....I know you will be pleased. BTW: He sprayed some cleaner on my light covers because they were so dull and cloudy. I didn't even asked him to do it. My lights covers look clearer. Andre was a great mechanic. He showed up on time, diagnosed and fixed the problem, and stayed both 1) after sunset and 2) through a rainstorm to complete my repairs in one go. I certainly wasn't owed that kind of commitment, but Andre did it without hesitation, and I was and am deeply thankful for his considerate, skillful professionalism.
