Today 5/10 Jeremiah did not see that the difficulty (due to corrosion) in removing the hub and bearing would cause damage to the knuckle in advance. He tried prying and caused damage the the aluminum knuckle which caused me to need to buy a new one and pay for the installment, which would be an additional 500$ by the estimate of Walser Toyota in Edina. It sounded like inviting corrosion to a new place in the hub might be complicating the focus on normal corrosion of bearing and hub, or cause some eventual shifting of parts there. He did his best but said once he tried prying it became a job for a more complete servicing garage, and not a parking lot job. While Jeremiah was honest and polite, and did not charge me for his efforts, I am left seeking compensation for the additional $500. Please send me information on how to seek reimbursement from your company. Liz Bercaw
