Travis did extra research beforehand to come as prepared as possible. He listened closely to the issues I was reporting and performed a thorough inspection in addition to getting the requested work done. I have other ongoing issues with my car that are very rare for my model, and he was able to help me plan for addressing them more than any other mechanic I've spoken with. Honest and easy to talk to, goes the extra mile, highly recommend!

Travis made my day.........replaced Eng.Coolant sensor in 15 min ! @ Walmart no less.....A self made business man with skills,explained what he did @ gave me a "Heads up".... on my VW New Beetles future needs. He's now my go-to VW Tech.

I didn't know what to expect but was very pleased. Travis called me the day to confirm and discuss the replacement part for my auto. He showed up a little early, did a inspection, the replaced the driver's side mirror in about 15 minutes. He was very polite and responsive to questions. I will ask for him by name next time I use yourmechanic, which I will surely do based on this experience. Beat having to go somewhere for an estimate, wait for part to come in, then go and wait for the work to be completed!

Travis was on time, the text alerts were great to have knowing he was on his way and had arrived. He listened to what had been done so far with the car and did a great job covering the items to determine the no start situation on my car. He was helpful sharing information and providing no pressure quotes on other work that will be needed on my car in the future. I was new to this process and thought it worked great.
