Jim and his son were amazing!!! Came to the house and immediately I felt at ease with these two. They listened to my breakdown of events which lead me to contacting them in the first place. Quickly they assessed the situation and got to work. Replacing the part and answering another couple questions and provided me with helpful information. Jim is a skilled mechanic. He listened to my concerns and description of the issue and immediately set to it. He worked diligently and, despite the job being close to 4 hours, he didn't even rest. I would recommend Jim for both his mechanical expertise and quality as a person.

Jim was absolutely pleasant and professional. He was early to arrive and he fixed the issue in less than an hour! It was the best car maintenance experience I've ever had. As a young female it is always hard speaking with mechanics at the shops I go to- typically they are condescending or don't want to take time to reassure me/clarify. But Jim was so respectful, didn't mind explaining things and answering my questions, and was the complete opposite of the majority of experiences I've had.

Not only is Jim an extremely knowledgeable, experienced and skilled technician, he is also a man of great character. He was very honest about the prognosis of the repair we needed. Although it was a risk, we decided to take a chance and have Jim replace the worn pinion seal. He worked quickly and made the repair with 100% success - we are thrilled! We didn't know what to expect with this type of service, but we're glad we gave it a shot. It was a pleasure to meet Jim - he's a very professional and considerate person. We'll definitely recommend this service and this technician to friends.

My Experience was great! I was a little skeptical at first but I’m so glad I did this!! I will definitely do it again! Jim was great and super nice.
