Wayne was absolutely wonderful. He worked around my schedule, and explained everything he was doing in layman's terms for me to understand. He fixed the problem, even though it wasn't what I originally thought, and remained very patient while trying to get to the bottom of things. I now know, too, that I need new front brake pads.
