Proficient! Felt very confident in his skill

Yoel did a very professional battery installation on my 2012 Mercedes. The job was a little difficult in that the battery goes under the front passenger seat. He arrived early and was done under an hour. He also went over my SUV to determine if there were any other issues. I would use him again if I needed mobile service.

Yoel was professional, on time and made me aware of a crack with my valve cover gasket I just had put in on January 2019 by a mechanic shop. Thank goodness I can take it back so they can fix it before it got worse.

Yoel was on time and very informative. Had previous technicians from major auto places who couldn't diagnose my brake noise when my brakes are warm. Yoel told me its possibly bad pad material. Very professional, thorough and fast. Highly recommended!

Wrong diagnosis by you; therefore so problem was not corrected. This will cost me additional fees to repair the problem 😒

Yoel was on time and ready to get to work. He is knowledgeable, organized, nice, patient and clean. Yoel seems to take pride in his work. My SUV did not have any squeaks or rattles and all parts were secure, when he was done. I'm a happy camper. :-)

Yoel was on time and courteous, very thorough inspection and was able to determine that just a reset of my computer was all that was needed . He took it out for test drive then had me take it out with him in car, had me push the car, acceleration, hard stops, the car ran great. I scheduled him for the next day to replace my front brake pads

Second time using Yoel, very thorough and very knowledgeable. He unfortunately got into an accident and was hit by a hit and run driver prior to coming to my home. I asked if he wanted to reschedule to tend to his car, he said absolutely not, he was here to honor his appointment. Most honest and respectful mechanic I have ever met. If you need to use this service, if Yoel is available, use him you will not regret it.

This service was super convenient. My AC stopped working. Yoel came out on Friday and diagnosed the issue right in the parking lot where I work. He got it temporarily working for the weekend, and we scheduled the full repair for Monday morning. On Monday, he fixed the leak in the system and fully repaired the AC. He even rotated the tires. You can't beat the convenience of having the service done in the parking lot while you work. Highly recommend both YourMechanic and Yoel!
