Kiri was fantastic! He called before the appointment to confirm with me, showed up on time, and after inspecting the car explained to me that my car didn't require as much work as what was in the original quote, saving me over $100 off the original quote of $284! At the end of the transaction, he had a recommendation for some more work on the car, but explained that I could wait a little while before needing to get it done - the holiday$ are coming up after all!
