I booked Clarissa to come and diagnose my Jeep. She was right on time. I felt bad because my Jeep isn't drivable at the moment and is in a driveway. The day she came out it was actually raining. So she had to look at my truck in the rain. But she didn't complain, she wasn't upset st all. She just threw on a poncho and got to work. After she was done she explained to me what was wrong. She told me what needed to be done right this second and what could wait. And she explained it in a way I understood without making me feel incompetent. I am waiting for my estimate for three work that needs to be done. I am looking forward to her working on my Jeep.

Leslie is an excellent technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be coming early which I really appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explaining what he would be doing to come to a resolution of the problem. He is pleasant and courteous and I felt I could trust him completely. Improperly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Stated that the road noise that I was hearing from my car was my tires. Turns out with a second opinion it is my differential. Also could not tell whether I had a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. Lastly he was late for the appointment.
