Leslie is an excellent technician. He called ahead of time to let me know he would be coming early which I really appreciated. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly, explaining what he would be doing to come to a resolution of the problem. He is pleasant and courteous and I felt I could trust him completely. Late to the appointment by 45 minutes. No explanation as to why. Also did not have GPS monitor on. Mathew also did not perform all of the services that I requested at the time of booking my appointment. No explanation as to why.

Improperly diagnosed the issue with my vehicle. Stated that the road noise that I was hearing from my car was my tires. Turns out with a second opinion it is my differential. Also could not tell whether I had a four wheel drive or all wheel drive vehicle. Lastly he was late for the appointment.
