The service was excellent. I was skeptical about using a mobile mechanic at first but had not choice after I had a tie rod brake, on the way to work one morning. So, I threw caution to the wind and scheduled an appointment, once receiving my repair quote, which was within less than 24 hrs of it being requested. I also received a reminder email & text the day before my appointment as well as an additional text the morning of. The text I got the day of my appointment came in at 8:30am but my appointment wasn't until 11am. Caleb also text me directly to let me know he was in route and when he arrived to my office. He was very polite, courteous & super quick. I was stuck in a meeting by the time he was done with the repairs & ended up having to leave my keys with the receptionist. As Caleb was leaving, he sent me one final text, informing me he had completed the work and where he left my keys. On a different note, I was pleasantly surprised at the long list of services/repairs YourMechanic's tech can do in your office parking lot or own drive way. I also really appreciated the all the information available to me regarding the replacement of the tie rod. There was an explanation of what a tie rod is, the location and the purpose of it, what to expect during the repair, how the repair would be conducted & suggestions for was needed to take place after the repair was completed. It was all very informative, especially, for a someone who knows very little about the ins and outs of how to make a vehicle run properly. Other mobile mechanic companies, I have looked in to, all have a very limited number of services/repairs they can provide, next to no information other than them providing a quote for the repairs & the amount of $ they want for each service is outrageous . YourMechanic's pricing, on the other hand, was also very reasonable and the quoting platform provides a price comparison between their price and the dealership price, for parts and labor. Overall I would definitely use YourMechanic again & would highly recommend them to anyone needing repairs and/or services done on their vehicles.

Daniel is a very experienced technician. He worked very hard to find the issues with my car. After a thorough check of my engine control system he discovered that I had a shorted wire somewhere in the harness. There was no way he could find an issue like that in the time he had to work on it. I would highly recommend him for any repairs, especially complex and difficult to find issues.
