He was prompt very professional. I had fallen asleep and didn't hear him knock on the door. He actually was still here when I awoke and realized it was past the appt time. He quickly found out what was causing the problem that I was having with my car. I'm presently waiting for the estimate so that he can come back and repair it.

Caleb arrived on time, carefully installed the alternator and diagnosed a problem with the battery so that I can get it replaced under warranty. He is very professional and pleasant.

Caleb did a great job with our old van, works like new again.
