Joe was very prompt, courteous and professional. He went my car very thoroughly and found two relays not picked up by other mechanic and also found that my serpertine belt had to be replaced which again the other mechanic did not replace when he on the new alternator. He spent time on the ground, in the rain and showed up for his appointment when we had an ice storm. He was honest with diagnosis and pricing. Would recommend him highly.
