5 stars +. Did an awesome job!!! Came in way below my estimate and even inspected the car for other issues. My dealership wanted to charge me way more. Definitely going to use him again. And he's a really nice guy in top of that.

Super efficient. I love his dog. I appreciate that he took photos of the old parts.

A man of few word and all business but showed up on time, did very honest work and went the extra mile to rebook the appointment with "yourmechanice.com" in advertently reserved the wrong transmission fluid. Trevor made it right, ordered the correct fluid and came by at a later agreed upon time to do the service. Will use him again.

Trevor was quick, courteous, and helpful. Maybe it's a common practice, but I've never seen it done; before he completely disconnected the battery, he hooked it up to his car with the jumper cables so that I wouldn't lose all the digital settings in the car. Maybe it's a little thing, but it mattered a lot to me... because the battery could have been successfully replaced even without taking that extra step that only benefited me. Thanks Trevor

Sagging headliner coming off the ceiling, looks awful
Answered by Jay
The headliner is a piece of material with a foam backing which is glued to the roof of the interior. The glue used by Volkswagen to adhere the headliner does not hold up very well, causing the material and foam...
Tires that came from the factory are not good at all
Answered by Jay
The tires which came with your vehicle should not have had problems with sidewalls cracking or blowing out. I would recommend having the tires checked by the manufacturer for issues or defects which may be covered. To find replacement tires,...
Why does my motor go from running to just dead?
Answered by Jay
There are no recalls or technical service bulletins (TSB) for the stalling while driving complaint, however there have been other owners who've had similar drivability issues. The fuel pump relay may have an intermittent open circuit, causing you to lose...
