Punctuality and communication is really important to me, especially when receiving or providing a service. I had a 1:30 appointment, but got a call at almost 10 o clock at night the day prior asking if I could move the time up to 11am. Not a problem so I said that was fine and the next day at 10 I messaged with the gate code and asked if he had a preference for where I park if he needed more space. He never responded to me and when it was a few minutes past 11 with no update as to if he was on his way I asked where he was and he said he would be 10 minutes. He ended up being 20 minutes late for a 30-40 minute service. He was pleasant enough, but I would have appreciated a message saying he was running late or a quick apology for being late since he was the one that asked to switch times.
