Paul was straight-up awesome. He arrived on time for the appointment (in fact, he may have been a little early!), and after quite a bit of conversation about his business it was clear he knows what he's doing. He was very personable--good vibes from the very start. He was also willing to converse while he worked, and he did a great job of not letting our chit-chat distract him. I highly recommend him, especially for those who are more on the shy side, as you won't have to monitor him the entire time that he works but he is very friendly if you decide to stick around and talk to him!

Prestige Chrysler said that I needed my belts replaced due to SEVERE CRACKS AND GLAZING AND THEY WANTED TO CHARGE ME $398.57 !!!!! Milton came out to my house this morning to change them for me at a very reasonable price...after inspection....he said that both belts are in real good condition and I DO NOT NEED TO HAVE THEM REPLACED !!! Also, Prestige said my oil needed to be changed due to it was real black and dirty...again...IT DID NOT !!!! I had only driven approx 200 miles since my last oil change. PRESTIGE CHRYSLER IS A BIG BIG RIP OFF !!! From now on i will only use MILTON !!!!!!! Thank you again Milton, it was a great pleasure meeting you, hope to see you again, Christine P.

Both times Rodrigo came to the house he was on time inspected the car got the part replaced it test drove it and it seems to me he fixed superior tires offensive over priced screw up. Thanks
Rodrigo was very pleasant and professional which is why I’m giving the high rating of 3. Rodrigo was late without notice. I had to call the customer service number to determine if my appointment was still scheduled. Upon completion of the inspection, I was given a long list of items that didn’t have anything to do with the car’s main issue. After questioning Rodrigo about the functionality of the fans, he said he hadn’t checked the fans or turned on the air yet. When my fiancé came down he asked Rodrigo about the results of the diagnostic. Rodrigo then performed a test on the radiator fan motor and determined that to be the issue. I received an updated quote. I find that mistakes happens but this was different. In this case Rodrigo didn’t seem to have clear knowledge on this issue or could have been lackadaisical.
His work is well beyond! I like his smile during the service.
