The pre-purchase inspection was very detailed and gave me the information I needed since I am an out of town buyer. I was able to see all the problems with the vehicle that the dealer wasnt necessarily hiding, but hard to trust over the phone without having an independant person like Theo taking a look.

Cesar was great! He arrived on time, started working immediately and he even came back when I noticed something was off with my windshield wipers after he replaced them.

Cesar was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He helped me understand what he was doing and why and provided me ample opportunity to see what he was doing and verify that the car was working right when he was done. I would hire him again and again.

Wayne went above and beyond to get my car fixed on Saturday, rather than wait until Monday. He was fast, my car runs great and I am very happy!

Robert did a fantastic job looking at my car. And helped me understand why my car was not starting and which I did not realize the terminal would create a short so the power wouldn't get to the starter. And than later on with Robert's full inspection advised me into getting two more things done with my car and explained to me why. Both minor things and which I mean not expensive but very important. I would recommend Robert to anyone which I have :) Robert also did not leave until we both were completely confident I wouldn't have the same issue again.

Answers to common Lexus questions

Q: Key does not turn and steering wheel locked.
Answered by Evan
The first thing I would recommend is to try turning the wheel and the key at the same time. Sometimes it is possible for the steering lock to bind the ignition cylinder. Turning the wheel away from the lock can...
Q: Check Engine light code P0430
Answered by Jerel
Your vehicle has groups of sensors that take readings and report back to the engine computer to make adjustments, or report an error; in this case, we're dealing with oxygen and/or air/fuel-ratio sensors. The code P0430 indicates a failure in...
Q: Power steering fluid leaking
Answered by Jerel
Hello there! This sounds like a malfunctioning power steering pump, which is common for your vehicle. If this is the case, the location of the leak makes sense because the power steering pump is located on the passenger front side...
Q: Car idles high at startup
Answered by Jay
The idle air control valve on your car may be defective, causing the high idle. A couple of checks would need to be done to determine if this is the case. Your engine needs to be checked for any vacuum...
