Timothy has been to my house twice to fix my Windstar Van. He was professional, friendly and quite informative. I would recommend him to anyone who would like quality car repairs.

AMOUNT PAID

$158.80
by Tera from Federal Way, WA 98003

Unfortunately customer service at your Mechanic had double booked us for the appointment that we had scheduled at noon on April 1st and Timothy went out of his way to get the work done. He got here at 4-4:30 pm when he was scheduled at 12 pm and did the job which wasn't an easy job especially since it was a hot day and he already had a full days work. Timothy was amazing and made up for the mistake made by customer service.

Very pleased with Shane's work! He knew before seeing the vehicle that an incorrect part had been ordered, and got a new one the next day. He was very quick and professional, and I appreciated that he explained the problem and how replacing the alternator would fix it. Great service!

This issue is most commonly caused by the driveline shaft's slip-yoke and splines. It is caused by the two piece driveshaft slip joint binding up when the two shafts slide in and out of each other. This will mainly occur...
Shaking noise when the truck idles, worse when it first starts
Answered by Jay
(Answer assuming it is a 5.4 Triton Engine) This complaint is one of the most common I have heard over and over again for the Ford F-series trucks with the 5.4 Triton engine and covers many other years besides just...
I have a spark plug stuck in the motor

As a certified master technician for many years this has been one of the most publicized problems seen by me and my colleagues in the field. There are a multitude of suggestions, comments, lawsuits, fixes, complaints and none will help...
