Michael was awesome. He let me watch and explained what was going on. Fixed a leak in the transmission line and the car ran perfectly instead of slipping in and out of gear. I was also low on ATF fluid because of the leak so we put that in. He also tightened up the belt which was making my stearing wheel squeak. And he also helped me change my wiper blades lol There were 7 transmission codes when he first plugged the computer in. When he was done, all the codes went away! There is one more part needed so we made a separate appointment for tomorrow. I thought I was going to lose my car, but as it turns out, my car is fine! It's amazing what a leak and lack of fluid does to the functioning of your transmission. So many people (non mechanics) thought my transmission was bad and I probably would need a new one. Nope! Just fix the leak and get the fluid in there 😊 Yay! 😊

Shane seems to be very concerned about the whole experience of the service. He cheerfully fixed both my truck and my attitude toward the vehicle.

Answered by Derek

Q: Tie rod broke, scared to drive truck now
Answered by Derek
The failure was most likely caused by water intrusion. Dodge has released customer satisfaction letter L04 that outlines the issue that you have experienced. The letter states that vehicles shipped to cold weather climates allow water ingression; thus causing wear...
Q: Heater stopped working, where’s the problem?
Answered by Derek
The best solution for this issue is to replace your Heater, Vent and A/C (HVAC) housing. A little explanation is needed here. Inside that housing are several doors that direct airflow, either through the heater core or evaporator, as well...
Q: Truck stalls out when driving
Answered by Derek
Stalling issues can be not only dangerous but nerve racking, as they can be often hard to predict. There are many possible causes, and to help the technicians narrow down the cause, it is recommended to track the time, temperature...
