We really like Ostus. He is pleasant, friendly, and knows his stuff. He doesn't mind taking the time to explain anything we need. And the really big thing, he was right on time and got the job done. He went above and beyond what we expected and we are so pleased with his service.

Tavaris listened thoughtfully to a history of the problem, then checked logical possibilities, and found the culprit in a matter of minutes. Coming back to change out the starter and do some much-needed maintenance that I actually asked for, i.e., not trying to sell me stuff, tho did observe some issues I wasn't aware of, which I was glad to add to the list. Tavaris answered questions and explained things well, even tho, as it turned out, he was having a difficult day himself - a nice guy.
