Richard was early for my appointment which was wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and broke everything down to me so I could understand it. The service was fast and impeccable. I would want him to service my car again when I need it in the near future. I woukd definitely recommend him and his excellent service to anybody.
Efficient and convenient. I wasn't able to meet with Richard personally. It was extremely convenient for him to come by my home. I was working the day he came by. Very happy with Stephen!! had an alternator replacement, ran into a small obstacle during the repair and Stephen came up with a creative solution to fix the problem, will definitely use him again.
Unfortunately I was taken to the cleaners by a different mechanic different company. Stephen restored my faith in honest mechanics. He was on time, was clean and courteous and solved my problem in no time. In fact I didn't have a problem other than being told by the "bad" mechanic my car needed a new rack in pinion, parts and labor $595.00. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will call again when needed and will specifically ask for him personally. Satisfied customer.
