Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism, preparedness, and patience Mike expressed during the service. It’s extremely hot outside, and even though I was visibly nervous about my car, none of these things seemed to affect his work or attitude in any way. He came with all the tools needed for the job, and was willing to work through everything needed in order to get the job done, no matter how long it took. I have to point out that I have come across a few characters I would rather not deal with when it comes to working on my car, but you definitely want someone like Mike to be in your corner when it comes to situations like these.
