This is the 2nd time I've used YourMechanic. Michael was wonderful both times! He was always on time and met expectations on knowledge and experience. The ONLY negative I have with YourMechanic are the multitude of emails almost daily with reminders to schedule services for quoted items. I had to completely close out my account and block all emails. It was easy to reactivate my account and schedule this maintenance I need. Mr. Bell was propt, courteous and very professional. He described everything in detail as to what he inspected and this includes the primary reason for the appointment (installing alternator).
