This was my first time using a mobile mechanic and I will never go back to a shop again if I don’t have to. Michael arrived early, got right to work, and had my car back up and running in no time.

He texted that he was on his way 15 minutes after the appointment time. But I didn't care because I was just working from home anyway- no big deal that he was late. I would definitely use again. 10 times better than dropping car off at mechanic and wasting a bunch of time waiting for repair.

Michael did an awesome job with my vehicle! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

He was a 1:45 late because of trouble with a BMW appointment before mine. He did call and let me know he was delayed. It was no issue as I was at work and not going anywhere. He got right to work and fixed the thermostat which was much more involved than I wanted to do. Observed him for a good 30 minutes, he didn't have to look anything up, knew exactly what to do, had the tools to do it, and got it done. He didn't leave a mess in the parking lot either.
