He texted that he was on his way 15 minutes after the appointment time. But I didn't care because I was just working from home anyway- no big deal that he was late. I would definitely use again. 10 times better than dropping car off at mechanic and wasting a bunch of time waiting for repair.

Michael showed up slightly early and got right to work. He diagnosed the issue quickly and informed me of what needs to be fixed. We set an appointment for a couple of days out to have him come back and complete the repairs...

This guys is hands down the best! He showed up last minute after the other guy they sent didn't. He figured out what was up and knocked out the job like a boss. He's going to be my go to guy from now on.

Michael did a great job on my headlight and my hood cable. But after he put in a new steering rack my steering wheel was way off and had to end up paying 400 dollars in labor for the shop to take it out and put it back in to re-center it .

He was a 1:45 late because of trouble with a BMW appointment before mine. He did call and let me know he was delayed. It was no issue as I was at work and not going anywhere. He got right to work and fixed the thermostat which was much more involved than I wanted to do. Observed him for a good 30 minutes, he didn't have to look anything up, knew exactly what to do, had the tools to do it, and got it done. He didn't leave a mess in the parking lot either.
