Carlos was extremely professional and knowledgeable. On route to this appointment, he ran into unexpected car repairs on his vehicle that delayed the scheduled appointment. Since I didn't want to reschedule because more damage could be done without repair, Carlos had no issue coming after he fixed his vehicle. Carlos is my HERO! He’s a sharp, professional, detail-oriented, transparent, kind, out-of-the-box thinker! He met me at the vehicle processing center where my car had been delivered from my last overseas duty station. The battery had died in transit and I was hoping for a quick fix so I could drive back to my home, 3 hours away. He replaced the battery but the car still wouldn’t start. He did further diagnostics to rule out potential causes and told me it was probably due to the anti-theft keypad next to the ignition. I was skeptical because I’d never used the anti theft feature before. I was very stressed out as I tried to think of what to do next and where to take my car and how I would afford further repairs. Carlos recommended I call the dealer that I bought the car from in 2018 and describe the situation. I called and the receptionist at the dealership was familiar with my issue and gave me the generic reset code for the anti theft keypad. IT WORKED ANY MY CAR STARTED! I was elated and so relieved! And Carlos was even courteous enough to accept my tearful hug! I cannot express how grateful I am for Carlos’s expertise and genuine, heart-felt care. THANK YOU!

Angelo is a highly-experienced and well-qualified automotive technician. I talked to him in depth while he was working on my order. He has access to all the parts he feels that he will need to do the job, and will bring them with him in most cases. Since I am retired, I have the choice in going to the dealership and waiting, or calling Angelo and his associates in which case I can remain at home while he works outside. He had all of the necessary tools and support systems required to complete the job on his service truck.
