He didn’t a great job and knows his craft. The low rating is not a reflection on him but the company. Do not book a guy in three different cities within a small amount of time. This guy knows his stuff. The three is for poor management on the company. Great job Keith! I would recommend him personally.

Toby was very personable. I was not able to go with him for the inspection, he was very courteous and accommodating over the phone. He quickly facilitated the rescheduling of our appointment due to last minute changes and made the process seamless. The report was detailed and inline with my own observations when I did my own checks.
