Jonathan was very professional with a pleasing personality & smile when he greeted me. He asked me what was going on with my wiper problem and I explained to him, I have had at least 15 wiper motors replaced in my 99 Lincoln Town Car. He told me he would do everything he could to see if he could find the problem & fix it. Jonathan soon found the problem and this is after I've had my car at the Lincoln dealership many times for this problem. No one out of all 15 replacements discovered the problem. But Jonathan did and showed me the motor was shorting out because water was getting in and the part was corroded. I can't thank him enough for his knowledge in diagnosing this problem. Thank you Jonathan and may God continue to bless you.

Jonathan was really nice and professional but he was 30 minutes late and ended up breaking the tabs off on my door panel so the bottom isn't firmly secure and no real way to fix that . He did put some tape in the pockets of the door so nothing would fall through the bottom . Turns out I did not need the window regulator and was not charged anymore than the 70$ for inspection and repair which was quite a relief .. He was very honest and professional and most likely would use again .

Jonathan was very friendly and greeted me with a smile upon arrival . He kept me up to date through text on when he would arrive which was very curtious and showed his level of professionalism. Jonathan got right to work and had no problem explaining the process he was completing. I was naturally sceptical on how this company and process was going to work out, but in the end Jonathan put all my fears to rest with his knowledge and great work ethic. I had a very limited window given we have 1 car for our family and I had to work that afternoon. The convenience and cost savings was worth every $. He finished the work in the time expected and had me a working vehicle in time for work. In addition, I knew previous to his arrival that I possibly had a small steering fluid leak. I never mentioned this to him and forgot about it actually. Jonathan informed me that he observed a power steering fluid leak and documented where that leak was coming from for me. I will definitely be using him again to get that piece replaced as well. Great service all around. Jonathan is trustworthy and does his best to go above and beyond. I don't trust many people and he won mine. In addition I did a bunch of research on the company before I set up the appointment and was pleased with what I saw. Use Jonathan you won't be dissapointed.

He is awesome...He went the extra mile to make sure it was the Alternator, cause my car was not turning on and the key was stuck in the car...he hooked up his battery started the car...and he did a lot more but I'm grateful

Jonathan did another great job repaying my reach and pinion. Would have been way more expensive in a local shop for sure. More importantly I don't have time to leave our only car in a shop for hours or days while they work down their list of vehicles already in line, ...eventually getting to mine. This was quick, efficient and completed professionally by Jonathan the first time. Great 2ND experience.

Jonathan showed up early for his scheduled appointment. That doesn't happen often in life. Ask your doctors office. He was fully prepared for the reported issue with my car. He informed me that the job may take 20 minutes or hours, based on the complexibility of the bolt location and if they were factory standard. Most of the bolts were tightened back in 1983 and had not been loose since. He took almost 2 hours but the job was done correctly. My test drive proved the work to be correct, He will be recommended to others and will be requested to come back for any other repairs needed on my cars
