Toby was on-time a little early even. Was very personable, got right to work inspecting my truck and installing new O2 sensors. I had replaced spark plugs previously and had not reinstalled the baffle for the mass air sensor and Toby took the time to install while finishing up his work.

Toby did a very good job identifying the problem. I thought it was the starter and it was actually the battery; thus saving us money.

Toby was awesome. Super friendly and great customer service. I had scheduled an exhaust manifold replacement but Toby was able to discover that it wasn't the exhaust manifold that needed to be replaced but rather it was some loose bolts connecting the manifold to the exhaust that were causing the problem. I highly recommend Toby for your next service. Thanks

Toby was great. He came early and got right to work. He finished my car repair in a timely manner and cleaned up nicely. Toby was very professional. He explained what the problem was and even showed me the damage parts. After he left, a problem developed with the repair. Toby returned promptly and located the problem ( a lug nut had fallen into the dust shield) and quickly fixed it. I appreciated Toby's helpful and friendly attitude and will definitely use this service again.

This was my second service call I had with Toby and once again I was very impressed and pleased with Toby's' knowledge and ability to diagnose and repair the problem. Toby is very thorough and personable, always taking the time to explain and show the repair. Toby was very personable. I was not able to go with him for the inspection, he was very courteous and accommodating over the phone. He quickly facilitated the rescheduling of our appointment due to last minute changes and made the process seamless. The report was detailed and inline with my own observations when I did my own checks. His professionalism and level of detail allowed me to have an extra sense of security driving off the lot with my car. Thanks Toby, great job!
