Yesterday afternoon I scheduled the appointment for this morning. With this short notice, Keith just delayed 30 minutes. That is acceptable because he took 45' minutes to pick the parts and drove over the morning commutes time for 20 miles. Keith is friendly and politely, he is skillfully to fix the problem and renewed all parts. I trust and will ask his assistance in future if I have any issue on my vehicles.
