Emmette was great again today! Right on time, very polite, kept the area clean, and went above and beyond! Our window system had failed so we used duct tape temporarily to keep the window up, which left adhesive on the window. Emmette cleaned it all off! Wow! Things like this are why we used Emmette again today and we will use him for everything we can in the future. Thanks again, Emmette!

The wrong part was ordered for my repair yesterday morning but Eugenio went the extra mile and found the right part and was able to reschedule the appointment and make the repairs to my son's car. He is an outstanding mechanic and is a true professional.

Eugenio actually arrived slightly early for the appointment. He was nice and very professional. He completed the repairs well within the estimated time. He saved the replaced parts and showed me the damage. He encouraged me to test-drive the vehicle before I signed off on the work. Payment was so easy...I just signed Eugenio's tablet and that was it! And the vehicle passed it's safety inspection with no problem.

Have a certified Ford dealership look at the hood to determine the cause and suggest the best course of action to take. If the dealer corrosion warranty does not cover the repair, then another course of action is to have...
